Order Processing & Production

  • Made-to-Order: Every piece is created fresh the moment you hit “buy.” No dusty warehouse stock — your gear is printed just for you.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 3-7 business days to print, cure, and quality‑check your item before it’s handed over to the courier. Craft takes time, and we don’t rush what represents the Spiker name.

  • Order Edits: Because production begins almost immediately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted.

UK Shipping Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after production.

  • Express Shipping: Usually arrives within 1–3 business days after production.

  • Total Delivery Time: Expect 6–10 business days from the moment you place your order until it lands at your door. Each item moves through production, print, and dispatch before hitting the road.

  • Email Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive it.

Delivery Issues

  • Incomplete Addresses: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may require a reshipment fee.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at [spikerstreetwear@gmail.com] so we can investigate with the courier.

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple different items (e.g., a T-shirt and a Framed Poster), they may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

International Shipping (If applicable)

  • Customs & Duties: For orders outside of the UK, please note that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
