Returns Policy
No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
All Spiker Streetwear products are made-to-order and personalised. We do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer orders the wrong size, colour, or simply changes their mind. Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
Final Sale
All custom and print-on-demand items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a free replacement or refund once the claim is validated.
How to Report an Issue
Email support@spikerstreetwear.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll forward your claim to our print partner and resolve it as quickly as possible.
No Physical Returns
Spiker Streetwear does not accept physical returns. Please do not send items back unless explicitly instructed — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
